About me
‘Dis-ease’ led me to explore holistic therapies in 2020 and on that path, I found much more than the simple ‘cure’ I wanted. I changed my habits and learnt to listen to my body. I particularly loved somatics (touch and movement) so I trained with ‘Alchemy of Touch’, a bodywork system inspired by Osho, & spent 2 weeks at Osho’s resort in India to deepen my presence.
Complimenting this, I am a Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and also studied biomedicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
My sessions work deeply with the central nervous system, not against it. Building pressure and trust in layers, my touch will guide your awareness to places of tension and discomfort, using motion and pressure to release pain from the body.
Bodywork sessions can be a powerful way to work with emotional, physical, and mental challenges. Receiving conscious touch helped me to heal old pain stories and let more love into my life.

Alchemy of touch is a fusion of different bodywork techniques, like:

And more. Tapesh and Anouk’s method was crafted from decades of bodywork experience to create a system that glides with minimal effort from the practitioner, leveraging body weight over yoga poses for deep, slow pressure with precision and meditative presence.
